Now that PW made the npc 'Flourishing Dance' available we can do the friendship quest.
This is an endless cycle of quests giving exp and sp and tablets for level 90 gear.

Go to ADC Elder.
Select the quest 'Daily_hand in hand_0Start'
This gives you a pearl: DailyEvt._hand in hand_Pearl 1 http://www.pwdatabase.com/my/items/23344
After this stage the cycle of quests starts.

Part 1:

Due to bad translation the pearl is called 'Memory Pearl' in only one of the cycles. http://www.pwdatabase.com/my/items/23442
In the other cycles it is called DailyEvt._hand in hand_Pearl X with X=1..5
With the pearl you have 2 choices: do the solo quest for 5k exp or start a party quest for 15k exp and 3k sp and some goodies.

For the party quest you need 2 people level 30+ that did not do the quest before today.
All 3 go to the ADC Elder and the party leader now has a new quest called Daily_hand in hand_XXcpt q. with XX=11-19 http://www.pwdatabase.com/my/quest/18516 or it is called Bosom Friend http://www.pwdatabase.com/my/quest/18636
Do not select the other quest because it is the solo quest!

It is vital to stay in the party once you successfully finish the first quest and the pearl disappears.
If the first quest is successful you have to finish the second and third quest too without changing the party.
A disconnect for example is fatal. Normally it only takes 1 or 2 minutes to finish the other 2 quests.

Select the 'Daily_hand in hand' / 'Bosom Friend' quest and finish it.
The pearl now disappears and the Elder checks if your party members have been here before as 'friends'.
If everything is fine you just wait 5 seconds and a new 'Daily_hand in hand' or 'Regretful' quest can be selected at the Elder.
If one or more persons did do the quest already you will get a message telling so.
You will get back the pearl and you should look for some 'real' friends Wink

If the first quest is successful, finish the second quest too and fly (together) to the 'girl who is wearing white shirt'.
You find this npc Flourishing Dance at location 538,643 (at the tower near Rosa).

Select the 'Daily_Hand' or 'Loneliness and Perfectness' quest and finish it.
You will get 15k exp, 3k sp, a broken golden amulet and DailyEvt_hand in hand_Rwd.* (Stone of Friendship).
This 'Stone of Friendship' (or Rwd) is meant to be given back to your initial party captain from whom you got your pearl.
If you started with the very first quest you won't have somebody to give a Stone/Rwd back to, so you won't get one at all.

The other 2 people in your party now get their own 'DailyEvt_hand in hand_Pearl' or 'Memory Pearl' and can start their own quest at the ADC Elder.


Part 2:
The next part kicks in when your previous party members finished their own friendship party quest.
You should get the Stone (Rwd) back from them.
Once you get both stones (Rwd) from your friends you go to the ADC Elder again.
The Elder has a new quest to create a Complete Golden Amulet. http://www.pwdatabase.com/my/quest/18707
With this repaired amulet you go to Flourishing Dance again to exchange it for a 'Tablet of Friendship'.

The tablets can be exchanged for an additional 5k exp or you can collect 50 tablets to get a level 90 wristbracer http://www.pwdatabase.com/my/quest/18706 or level 90 boots http://www.pwdatabase.com/my/quest/18707.

An additional reward you get is 5 rep when exchanging the amulet for a tablet.
Sometimes you get an additional 5 rep when exchanging the broken amulet at the Elder.
This depends on quest number in the cycle.

As far as I can tell it cycles like this:

0, 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, M, 2, 3, 4, 5, M, ....

Where M stands for the different naming scheme with Memory Pearl etc.

With regard to giving back the Stone/Rwd:
As far as I can tell you can only combine a broken golden amulet with 2 stones from the next cycle.
This means the amulet from cycle 2 can be combined with stones from cycle 3 only.
An amulet from cycle 3 needs stones from cycle 4 and so on.
Practically this means you have to get the stones from your own party members.

All items except for the repaired amulet and the tablet are time limited to 5 hours and you can only do this once a day.
